Suppliers revisit immersive infotainment at CES, finds Strategy Analytics

In a review of the 2021 CES, user experience (UX) analysts say that current infotainment priorities should focus on core functionality, not stationary UX. In a separate review of the new VW Golf’s UX, analysts believe that touchscreen controls for driving-critical functions should be reconsidered by automakers.
